Work on site has started at Norwich Common on eleven new homes designed by Lucas Hickman Smith for Newbury Developments Ltd. LHS secured outline planning permission in 2013 for the site on behalf if its original owner, after a previous unsuccessful attempt by others. The site is carefully planned around the Root Protection Areas of a retained hedge-row and line of mature Oaks.
