Lucas+Western Architects Ltd (L+WA) is a practice based in Wymondham providing architectural
services.
L+WA is aware of the GDPR Regulations which came into force with effect from 25 May 2018 and we confirm that we will endeavour to respect your privacy and will do our best to safeguard your personal information.

Withdrawal of information
L+WA is committed to regular reviews of data that we store and will endeavour to delete information after a sufficient period once our service obligations have been met. We will also immediately delete any stored information upon receipt of a written request to do so. Please note however, that if we are requested to delete personal data before the end of our contractual duties, we may be unable to perform further work to completion of our contract and under these circumstances will issue an invoice for any outstanding fees to the date of said request.
