Our recently completed project for the Holkham Estate has won one of eight East of England RICS awards. The project was a fast-track conversion of a range of listed listed barns to create 9,000 sq ft of contemporary office space. The development, now know as Holkham Studios, won ‘Best Commercial Project’.

Community Land Trusts (CLTs) are community-ownedenterprises which enable local communities to acquire or build new homes or business-space, and then manage them in perpetuity for the benefit of the community. Because they are non-profit-making they can receive grants and secure planning permissions that would not be available to a private developer.
