Phase 1 of our project for the Holkham Estate at Longlands is complete and occupied by its new tenant. The fast-track conversion of the Grade II* listed buildings went from brief to handover in 9 months, in a highly effective collaboration between
Lucas Hickman Smith, Robson Construction and engineers Plandescil, who also managed the project.
Phase 1 provides 750m² of office-space and was pre-let to an online retail business relocating from smaller premises nearby. Its successful implementation has enabled design work on the 800m² second phase to commence, with completion early in 2016.
