A scheme for five flats which fully exploits the potential of a small triangular plot close to the centre of Norwich.
The low level of the site relative to the road enabled a three storey building which continues the eaves line of the two-storey Victorian dwellings adjacent. Lucas Hickman Smith designed the small front and rear garden areas. Bicycle stores and bins are accommodated at the front corner.
