LHS has achieved consent for a new mixed-use building on the sea front at Sheringham. The building will replace the redundant Shannocks Hotel, at the end of the High Street.
The new development will positively enhance the conservation area and provide a lively and animated focus at the heart of Sheringham’s seafront.
The scheme includes ground floor commercial units, a first floor restaurant and six apartments, all with great sea views.
