Lucas Hickman Smith have secured planning permission for four new three-bed houses on a tricky ‘back-land’ plot in Diss. The scheme has been designed to minimise overlooking and overshadowing of neighbouring properties, and takes account of the Root Protection Areas around several large trees. Detailed design work is under way with a start on site planned for late spring.
